Similar to our "FULL" ATM placement, the establishment does not pay for the ATM machine, delivery fee, installation cost, repairs or any maintenance costs.  This would in turn mean everything is completely complementary to your establishment to have an ATM placed in your business. 

 

The only difference in this cash loading program we offer is the duty of loading the ATM is given to the establishment. We pay for the machine, ship it to you, have an installer come install it, and we will also train you how to load the ATM with your own money. We will provide you with a list of access codes, keys, and vault codes.

Depending on the establishment and the demand volume of cash needed to load it, depends on each and every individual location. We can give you a remote login to check and see how much money is in the machine at all times which helps you know when to refill it.

The money used to fill the machine will go back into your own account the next business day.  For example, the customer withdraws $40.00 on Monday. By Tuesday that $40.00 goes directly back into your bank account plus any surcharge fees. With our cash loading program, we typically start at $0.75 cents per withdraw.  So, in this example on Tuesday after the withdraw was taken out of the ATM on Monday you will see $40.75 hit your bank account.

For this type of program, we do require a creditable cash loader.  Whether it be the owner of the establishment, manager, or designated employee, it is at the establishment's discretion to make sure the ATM stays stoked with cash for proper withdraw transactions and functionality.  If an issue arises with the machine, we will likely be able to resolve any issues that arise with a simple phone call. If we can't resolve the issue over the phone, we can send a technician to resolve the issue for you.

We recommend having a few thousand dollars in the machine to make loading not a daily task. This way the less you have to load, the less likely you will run into parts or machine breakdown. If your location is something similar to a cash only dispensary, you may need tens of thousands of dollars to keep it filled. It all depends on the volume the ATM is seeing. For higher volume locations we can go to $1.25 per transaction for the cash loading duties.
